Cooking instructions

Ingredients
1 cup dry Rice
1 tbsp Canola Oil
500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced
1 Kan Tong™ Thai Green Curry Meal Base
250 g Green Beans, trimmed & quartered
270 mL can Coconut Milk
Cook rice according to pack instructions.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
Add contents of pouch, green beans, and coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.
