UNIQUE RECIPES Thai Green Noodle Curry

Just add:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g green prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 100g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g snow peas
  • 160g KAN TONG® Fragrant Thai Green Curry Base
  • 165ml coconut milk
  • 440g KAN TONG Hokkien Noodles

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add prawns and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add snow peas, KAN TONG Fragrant Thai Green Curry sauce and coconut milk. Simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Place noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Gently separate using a fork then drain. Stir noodles through prawn mixture and serve hot.
