UNIQUE RECIPES Thai Green Curry Soup

Just add:

  • 160g KAN TONG® Fragrant Thai Green Curry Base
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 green capsicum, julienned
  • 250g chicken breast or thigh fillet, thinly sliced
  • 165ml coconut milk
  • coriander, to garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Place KAN TONG Fragrant Thai Green Curry Base and stock in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat .

Add carrot and capsicum and cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken and coconut milk and cook over a low-medium heat for a further 2-3 minutes.

Serve garnished with coriander if desired.
