UNIQUE RECIPES Thai Green Curry Beef Cake

Just add:

  • 750g minced beef
  • 160g KAN TONG® Fragrant Thai Green Curry Meal Base
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • natural yoghurt, to serve

Cooking Instructions

Place mince, KAN TONG Fragrant Thai Green Curry Meal Base, spring onions and eggs in a large bowl and mix well.

Using clean, wet hands form into rissoles.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. When hot, add beef cakes and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side. Serve with yoghurt.
