UNIQUE RECIPES Teriyaki Fish

Just add:

  • 1 whole snapper (approximately 600g)
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 160g KAN TONG® Teriyaki Sesame Meal Base

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Place 2-3 slits in the flesh of each side of the fish. Place a large piece of aluminium foil on a flat surface. Place a square of baking paper on top.

Place half of the capsicum and spring onions on the baking paper. Place fish on top then top with remaining capsicum and onions.

Pour KAN TONG Teriyaki Sesame Meal Base over the fish then wrap to form a parcel. Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes or until flesh is white. Serve with rice.
