INSPIRATIONS® Sizzling Mongolian

A flavoursome blend of soy sauce, chilli and garlic.

Just add:

  • 300g lamb
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 green capsicum
  • 2 tbsp cornflour

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a wok, add meat coated in cornflour and stir-fry until brown.
2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 mins.
3. Stir in Sizzling Mongolian Asian Meal Base and heat through.
4. Serve with rice and garnish with finely sliced shallots.

For something different...add one carrot at step 2.
