INSPIRATIONS® Sizzling Blackbean
A traditional blend of soy sauce and black beans.
- 300g beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 1 cup snow peas
1. Heat oil in a wok, add meat and stir-fry until brown.
2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 mins.
3. Stir in Sizzling Black Bean Asian Meal Base and heat
4. Serve with rice and garnish with finely sliced shallots.
For something different... use 1 cup of broccoli and 1 carrot
instead of capsicum.
