UNIQUE RECIPES Satay Mushroom Dip

Just add:

  • 125g button mushrooms, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 160g KAN TONG® Malaysian Satay Meal Base

Cooking Instructions

Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot. Add mushrooms and lemon juice and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes or until mushrooms soften.

Mix cream cheese and yoghurt together in a bowl, add KAN TONG Malaysian Satay Meal Base and mushrooms and mix well.

Serve with crudites.
