SIMMER SAUCES Mongolian Lamb

A slightly sweet blend of honey, sesame oil and a hint of crushed chilli.

Just add:

  • 500g Lamb or Beef
  • Sliced Capsicum
  • Shallots

Cooking Instructions

1. Slice 500g of your favourite meat into strips.
2. Stir-fry meat in 1 tablespoon of hot canola oil until golden and cooked through.
3. Add entire contents of jar and stir-fry until ingredients are coated and sauce is hot.

For something different try adding broccoli and capsicum.

Serve with KAN TONG® noodles or rice and enjoy!
