UNIQUE RECIPES Mongolian Lamb Cutlets

Just add:

  • 8 lamb cutlets
  • 160g packet KAN TONG® Sizzling Mongolian Meal Base
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy

Cooking Instructions

Place lamb in a flat dish. Add KAN TONG Sizzling Mongolian Meal Base and leave to marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan. Add garlic and bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until bok choy softens. Remove.

Heat remaining oil in a frying pan or on a hot plate of a barbeque and add lamb. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked to taste. Serve with bok choy.
