SIMMER SAUCES Butter Chicken
A traditional creamy tomato curry with ginger and
- 500g Chicken
- 150g Snow Peas
1. Dice 500g of lean chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Stir-fry chicken in 1 tablespoon of hot canola oil until golden
and cooked through.
