SIMMER SAUCES Butter Chicken

A traditional creamy tomato curry with ginger and garlic.

Just add:

  • 500g Chicken
  • 150g Snow Peas
  • Coriander

Cooking Instructions

1. Dice 500g of lean chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Stir-fry chicken in 1 tablespoon of hot canola oil until golden and cooked through.
3. Add entire contents of jar and stir-fry until ingredients are coated and sauce is hot.

For something different try adding snow peas and garnish with coriander.

Serve with KAN TONG® noodles or rice and enjoy!
