UNIQUE RECIPES Asian Chicken Salad

Just add:

  • KAN TONG® Chinese BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500g Chicken breasts
  • Asian greens
  • carrot
  • cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • spring onion

Cooking Instructions

Pour KAN TONG Chinese BBQ Sauce over the chicken breasts and combine with oil.

Cover and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the skin is golden.

Place the chicken breasts on a rack over a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 18-20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Cut the chicken into thin slices and place in a serving bowl with the Asian greens, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion. Pour over remaining marinade and toss to combine.

Instead of baby Asian greens (like baby bok choy), use snow peas.
