Pastes Thai Basil & Chilli Stir-Fry Paste

Cooking Instructions: 4 Simple Steps

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook 500g of diced lean chicken breast until brown.
2. Add entire contents of Kan Tong® Thai Basil and Chilli Stir-Fry Paste to pan. Stir to coat the meat. Cook for approximately 2 minutes.
3. Add 3 cups (410g) of sliced vegetables (red capsicum, carrot and baby pak choy), 2 tbsp of fish sauce and stir through.
4. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with rice
