Meal Bases Fried Rice Meal Base

Just Adds

4 cups cooked long grain rice
200g cooked prawns
4 eggs
2 spring onions
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Cooking Instructions: 4 Simple Steps

1. Heat canola oil in pan, pour in beaten eggs and swirl across pan until even. Cook for approximately 2 minutes until firm. Remove from pan and dice.
2. Add cooked rice and Kan Tong® Fried Rice Meal Base and heat through.
3. Add cooked prawns and eggs, stir through and heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, spring onions, stir through and serve.
