Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps

1. Cut 500g of lean chicken breat (or your favourite lean meat).

For something adventurous - Try adding green beans and broccoli.  If you prefer a thicker sauce simmer uncovered until the sauce reaches the desired consistency
