Cooking Sauces 2 Person Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce

Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps

1. Cut 250g of lean chicken breast (or your favourite lean meat).
2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown, add capsicum and carrot, reduce heat to low, cover and heat for 3 minutes.
3. Add contents of the pouch replace lid and heat until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with rice. If you prefer a thicker sauce, cook uncovered.

Vegetables you need

1/2 small red capsicum (60g), sliced
1 small carrot (70g), sliced

Want even more pineapple? - top up with 225g of pineapple pieces (drained).
