Beef & Black Bean Cooking Sauce
Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps
1. Cut 300g of lean beef steak (or your favourite lean

3. Add contents of the pouch and stir-fry until ingredients are
cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with Kan Tong

1/2 head broccoli (100g), cut into florets
Water, Tomatoes (from paste), Fermented Black Bean 10%
(Soybeans, water, Salt), Soy
Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar,
Thickner (Modified Cornstarch), Onion, Garlic, Food Acid (Citric),
Pepper, Ginger, Salt.
