With local cuisines that change so quickly from region to region, the Asian food landscape is the most diverse and exciting on earth. And the local people are always willing to help you navigate it. It might be the secret to picking the perfect fish from the market, or knowing the right combination of spices for a particular curry – there’s always knowledge to be shared, so we went on a journey through Asia to discover real flavour.
