Contact our Consumer Services team using the email contact form on this website and one of our friendly team members will contact you as soon as possible. Dont forget to give us your address and postcode so we can find the closest supermarket that ranges this product. Sometimes providing your contact phone number will allow us to get back to you quicker.
- Q2. I or a member of my family suffers from coeliac disease can you send me a list of your gluten free products?
All the products that have been declared as gluten free will have a green tick above the product in our product information. For a full list of gluten free products contact our Consumer Services team
- Q3. I am a Vegetarian, can I substitute meat for vegetarian options in your KAN TONG products?
All of our KAN TONG products that indicate they are cooked with meat could also be substituted with a vegetarian product. Try to make sure you use the same quantity of vegetarian product as is recommended for meat however, so that your sauce to protein to sauce ratio is still correct.
- Q4. I can no longer find your KAN TONG frozen meals in the supermarket, where can I find them?
Unfortunately, there were not sufficient sales of these products in Australia and New Zealand to warrant the stores keeping it in their range and therefore they are no longer being manufactured. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Q5. I would like to request samples for my non-profit school, charity or other group, can you please send some?
Generally we do not send samples of our products to groups however, this will be judged on a case by case basis, please contact our Consumer Services team team via email with your organisations request and details.
- Q6. I would like to try a free sample of your products before I buy them.
Generally we do not send samples of our products however, from time to time we will have promotional sampling offers that we notify our Woks Cooking with KAN TONG Club members. You can be the first to know and Join the Club.
- Q7. I live in New Zealand and cant find one of the products listed in the product section of your website
Not all of the products made by KAN TONG are available in New Zealand - please review our New Zealand product pages
- Q8. Can I buy the products you show from this web site?
No. KAN TONG brand does not sell products over the web. Products shown throughout the site are sold at most leading grocery retailers.
- Q9. Where are your products made?
All of our KAN TONG products are made in Australia at our manufacturing site on the NSW Central Coast, Australia.
- Q10. Do KAN TONG Products contain MSG?
KAN TONG Products do not contain any added Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) - 621. However, although we do not add any MSG to our products, they may contain naturally occurring glutamates. Review our information on MSG.
