A classic blend of pineapple pieces, Cantonese spices and wine.

Directions:

  • Slice 500g of either chicken, pork or fish into strips
  • Stir-fry strips in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until golden and cooked through
  • Add entire contents of jar and stir-fry until ingredients are coated and sauce is hot
  • For extra flair try adding thinly sliced capsicum and shallots.
